It was during the pandemic, when the world was locked down and people everywhere were struggling mentally to get a grip on life, and seeking solutions to get back to a sense of normalcy, that the light bulb came on: and Stellar Realty & Management Company Ltd. was birthed.
People were dying and the lockdowns were becoming more frequent as the world continued to struggle with far more crucial issues; they battled how they would feed their families having lost jobs and losing their businesses. It was during this time that it became evident that REAL ESTATE was indeed one of the few industries that was not affected, in fact there was more of a demand for it. The world was coming to THE BAHAMAS searching for places to reside as working from home became the norm.
Having completed the CIPS designation and at least seventy five percent of the courses required, the president with the encouragement of her managing partner decided to take the LEAP OF FAITH and took the opportunity to pursue additional courses through various means to ensure that a lifelong dream was realized. Their banking background made this opportunity seem even more attractive as both partners had completed their banking careers at senior management levels.
